First off, I like the design of the website.   Very simple and updated look and feel.   Compass Bank is a sunbelt based Bank with locations in Texas, Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Colorado and New Mexico.  They have a basic REO property search covering those six states.

Wiki Info:

Compass Bank, is a Southwestern financial holding company with US$47 billion in assets and primarily located in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, and Texas. Compass Bancshares, is one of the nation’s 25 largest banks, The corporate headquarters are located in the Daniel Building in downtown Birmingham.

On February 16, 2007, Compass announced that it would be acquired by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, the second largest bank in Spain. The deal was completed on Friday, September 7th, 2007, when Compass Bancshares became a wholly owned subsidiary of BBVA. First off, the website is very well done. Very easy to read and it responds quickly to my requests. FFBC does not have a single listing info page but you can print the entire list and use that for your analysis. You can filter your searches by country, city, zip code, radius to zip code and the normal housing stats.

Bank Info:

First Federal Bank of California was founded in 1929, and in 1935 became a federal mutual institution called First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Santa Monica.

In 1983, we converted from a federally-chartered mutual association to a federally-chartered stock company. We also changed our approach to lending and capital management by switching our focus from long-term fixed rate loans to adjustable rate mortgages.

The website is really simple with Residential and Commercial listings (No Commercial at the time of this writing). Their residential REO property map is pretty nice. It has a color clickable map of the United States. I did quite a few searches and they seem to have real estate listings in almost every state (even Wyoming). Ocwen also seem to specialize in the Virgina real estate market. They have information on financing programs that are geared towards purchasing in the VA market.
