The Khoshbin Company of Irvine, California, has formed its 3rd investment fund. The new Khoshbin investment fund will be acquiring REO (Bank owned) homes in Orange County and San Diego County, California, where prices have been under significant pressure due to the housing slump.

Manny Khoshbin sees this as a very exceptional opportunity to invest in bank owned homes. Some these homes have been reduced 60% from their peak.

Mr. Khoshbin has recently purchased 20 homes from financial institutions and is experiencing great cash flow. The fund expects to purchase 75 homes by year end.
