VHDA is a state funded mortgage finance agency created in 1972. Its purpose was too fund low to moderate income homes in the state of Virginia.
They have a limited set of listings but they are all located in VA and could be a gem in the rough. Not very many pictures for the houses. Contact information for all the brokers are listed.
